SURVEY SAYS!.... During the building second phase development, Talaverde Homeowner's were asked to fill this survey. Out of the twenty survey's received (which represented approximately 35 percent of the community living in Talaverde at that time) one question was consistently answered the same on EVERY survey, and that was to establish a No Soliciting policy! YOUR ASSOCIATION AT WORK FOR YOU! Your association president acquired the sign below and obtained approval from the Summerlin Architectural Review Committee for its design and mounting location.
